We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Audit Manager to join our team and help ensure the efficiency and compliance of our plant operations. #buildingtrust #Unimix #readymix #operations Job Summary: As an Operations Audit Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits across all company plants. Your primary focus will be to evaluate and improve the operational processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our operations by auditing various aspects such as housekeeping, raw materials management, equipment maintenance, and staff productivity. Key Responsibilities: Plant Audits: Conduct regular audits of all company plants, focusing on areas such as housekeeping, maintenance of truck mixers and pumps, raw materials inventory, and compliance with safety regulations. Equipment and Vehicle Inspections: Evaluate the condition and cleanliness of truck mixers, pumps, and other equipment. Ensure all vehicles meet company standards and are properly maintained. Raw Materials Management: Audit inventory levels, storage conditions, and the overall management of raw materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Staff Productivity: Monitor and assess the productivity and stability of drivers and plant staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies. New Plant Initiation: Oversee and audit the processes involved in the initiation of new plants, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and efficiently. Handover Handover procedures for new Plant Managers, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition of responsibilities. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all plants comply with Unimix internal policies, regulations, and environmental standards. Reporting: Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans. Present findings to senior management and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Work closely with plant management to implement best practices. Qualifications: Education: Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in auditing or quality management are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, quality management, or auditing, preferably within the ready-mix/construction field. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously. Senior Tax Accountant: Manage all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning for the company. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation. Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during tax audits and inquiries. Plant Accountant: Oversee the accounting operations of our concrete manufacturing plants. Monitor plant performance and costs, analyze variances, and provide insights to optimize operational efficiency. Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for plant operations. Collaborate with plant managers to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in accounting roles, with a focus on accounts receivable, tax, or plant accounting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
