Growth Lead

Rabbit Mobility is Egypt's leading micro-mobility operator with presence in 7 cities across Egypt and a user-base of 500,000 users who've done 2.2 million KMs on our e-scooters and e-bikes.

As the Growth Lead at Rabbit Mobility, you will manage and spearhead brand acquisition, awareness, and retention initiatives. With hands-on experience in digital advertising, growth funnels, and optimization tools, you will drive growth across multiple channels. This position would suit a Growth Lead with experience in growth hacking who is looking for an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative startup environment. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving results in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: content/SEO, partnerships, affiliate marketing
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and optimization tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong track record of successful ad management across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand acquisition, awareness, and retention.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Lead all aspects of the growth process, from strategy development to performance analysis and KPIs tracking
• Run experiments to drive quick learning and reduce risks.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
