What You’ll Do:
• Customer Engagement: Use outbound calling systems to connect with customers, share updates, and assist with inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Product Promotion: Educate customers about our innovative products and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
• Meet Targets: Consistently achieve performance goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales.
• Use Tools and Systems: Leverage platforms such as Shopify, Microsoft Office apps, and Slack to manage tasks and communication.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Customer Feedback Collection: Actively gather customer feedback during calls to identify trends and inform product or service improvements.
• Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the overall experience.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to manage call schedules and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that align with customer needs and preferences.

What We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Military Status (for men): Must have completed military service or be exempted.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with Shopify, outbound calling systems, Microsoft Office apps, and Slack is a plus.
• Customer Service: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism: A team player with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude.
