Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Sales Consultants to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of Sales Consultants and activity performance.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Consultants.
- Assist Sales Consultants in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Ensure that all Sales Consultants meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointment presentations, proposals, and closes.
- Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Sales Consultants to build motivation and selling skills.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
● 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager.
● Good in English and excellent command of MS Office.
● Car is a must.
● In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics.
● Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
● Demonstrates the ability to delegate, supervise & and follow up.
● Capable of managing multiple projects & and working to tight deadlines.
● Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
