Team Leader
Job Description: The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from client acquisition to closing deals. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Present available properties and provide detailed information about locations, pricing, and features.
Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and developers or sellers.
Keep updated on the latest market trends, property values, and project launches.
Maintain a client database and follow up regularly to ensure long-term relationships.
Coordinate property viewings and site visits for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
