Action a réaffirmé son engagement en faveur de l'inclusion ! La semaine dernière, plusieurs de nos collaborateurs ont participé à la journée DuoDay, une initiative qui a permis à 185 personnes en situation de handicap de venir travailler une journée dans nos magasins afin de découvrir nos métiers, en binôme avec nos équipes. Une belle réussite qui reflète l’implication et la solidarité de tous ! Convaincus que l’inclusion stimule la performance et l’innovation, nous avons vu dans cette journée une formidable opportunité de renforcer notre engagement et d’amplifier nos actions. Un grand merci à tous nos collaborateurs pour leur contribution à cette journée placée sous le signe du partage et de l’entraide. Action a participé à la cérémonie des Trophées Happy At School et Happy Trainees 2024 de ChooseMyCompany, qui s’est déroulée hier soir au Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione ! 🎪 Une soirée dédiée aux entreprises et aux écoles labellisées Happy Index Trainees et Happy At School 2024, qui permettent aux stagiaires, alternants et étudiants d’évoluer dans des environnements motivants et bienveillants. Action a obtenu une note de 70/100 aux scores Happy Trainees Alternance et Happy Trainees. Nous sommes très fiers de ces scores, qui mettent en lumière le talent de nos managers et leur capacité à intégrer et faire évoluer nos jeunes collaborateurs. Nos alternants et nos stagiaires ont partagé des retours positifs à propos de leur expérience au sein d’Action : « Ce qui me plait le plus c’est les différentes opportunités qui s’offrent à moi à la suite de l’alternance et même durant l’alternance » , « J’aime bien la multiculturalité de l’entreprise et la possibilité que tout le monde puisse évoluer s’il travaille bien » ont témoigné certains d’entre eux. Throughout this period, Action’s good development has continued, and growth is driven by an increasing number of customers after lowering thousands of prices. 🎗 Octobre Rose : un mois de solidarité et d'engagement pour Action ! 🎗 En partenariat avec notre CSE, Action a mis à l'honneur Octobre Rose et soutenu la lutte contre le cancer du sein. Félicitations à nos 140 collaborateurs qui ont participé aux courses caritatives à travers la France : La Landasienne, Les Foulées de Bourg Achard, Pink Run Tours, Le Ruban Rose à Bordeaux, La Pontétienne, La Spinalienne, Les Envolées Roses, et La Parisienne. Ces courses ont été l’occasion pour nos collègues de mettre en avant leur énergie, leur générosité et leur enthousiasme.✨ Grâce à leur mobilisation et à leurs efforts, nous sommes fiers de faire un don de 5 000 € à l’association RoseUp, qui aide les femmes atteintes d’un cancer du sein. This past Sunday, nearly 500 Action colleagues and our suppliers laced up their running shoes at the the TCS Amsterdam Marathon for a cause close to our hearts. Together, we raised an incredible €250,000 for Amsterdam UMC - Cancer Center Amsterdam! 🎗️💪 Our Director of Commerce, Michael van Melick, had the honour of presenting the cheque to Geert Kazemier of UMC Cancer Center Amsterdam, who said it best: "Much more than expected actually!" A big shoutout to our generous suppliers, to all the runners and volunteers! Thanks to your efforts, we’re able to support the important work being done in cancer research. #AmsterdamMarathon
