Healthcare professionals are burdened by multiple data sources, IT systems and administrative processes making it more difficult to select the right information in time for any specific patient. By using disease-centric and intuitive applications, SYMPHONY will create an open ecosystem that empowers medical professionals with comprehensive insights into a patient’s status, integrating all relevant information enabling better diagnosis, treatment decisions, and follow-up care for patients. 💡 What an incredible two days it’s been! Arnhem in three words: inspiring, innovative, and welcoming! From November 7th to 8th, HealthChain I3 partners gathered here for our General Assembly meeting, with a focus on scaling up, investment, and long-term sustainability. 1️⃣ On the day one we kicked off by reviewing the major achievements in the project so far, reflecting on the milestones and the impact HealthChain has created to date. 2️⃣  The second day brought inspiring pitch sessions aimed at scaling up and commercializing HealthChain solutions. Our expert team — including Project Coordinator Myriam Martín Delgado, Gasper Cehovin from Parsek Group, and Joan Escudero from Evidenze offered invaluable feedback, helping our IT companies strengthen their pitches and align with potential customers’ needs. 🔹 To keep the energy high, we broke into groups to discuss our action plan, focusing on investment strategies needed to sustain and expand HealthChain’s impact, even beyond the project’s duration. 🙌 A huge thank you to everyone for such an engaging and productive session!
