Al Solutions provides a comprehensive range of services to support most of the processes that are used in the aluminium extrusion industry. Depending on your business needs, we offer a variety of services, such like: die-correction training, extrusion process evaluations, temporary support, etc. At the moment I also work with some renowned Spanish aluminum extrusion companies, with the aim of selling aluminum profiles in Northern Europe. We supply durable and high-quality aluminum profiles to various sectors, such a building and construction, solar and energy, furniture and lighting, industrial design, transportation, marine and offshore and many other market segments. In addition to our extrusion capabilities, we offer in-house powder coating, anodizing and processing services such as CNC machining, cutting, punching, curving, welding and much more. All of this for a favourable price-quality-service ratio. Due to my broad multidisciplinary experiences, I can assist you with technical support on product development to ensure a feasible extrusion. This will save valuable time which will result in reducing costs. We'll transform your ideas into a product as fast as possible!

Reflecting on the journey of aluminium extrusion. There’s something captivating about old pictures of aluminium extrusion presses. Every time I see one, it takes me back to how we used to do things decades ago. It’s not just nostalgia—it’s a powerful reminder of the journey we’ve been on and how far we’ve come as an industry. Back then, the machines were simpler, the processes more manual, and the tolerances less refined. It was a time when craftsmanship and experience played an even bigger role in the quality of the final product. We worked with what we had, and we pushed the boundaries of what was possible with the tools available. Fast forward to today, and the difference is remarkable. Automation, precision engineering, advanced alloys, and sustainability practices have transformed the way we extrude aluminium. We’re achieving things now that would have seemed impossible 30 years ago—complex profiles, tighter tolerances, faster production cycles, and a stronger emphasis on recycling and efficiency. But those old presses and the people who operated them laid the foundation for everything we’re able to achieve now. Seeing those pictures reminds me of the innovation, determination, and hard work that have always driven this industry forward. It’s amazing to reflect on our progress and exciting to think about what the future holds for aluminium extrusion.
