𝐀𝐈 & 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐯𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Living in the era of AI, where patterns and repetition is essential to gather big data and train robust models, non stardard, terminal specific automation use cases represent a challenge. As a matter of fact, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝, 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 needed to distill the important information from the training data at hand and that it has gained the ability to generalize and infer knowledge beyond the training set. At AllRead we provide off the shelf systems to recognize standard codes on intermodal assets, but responding to the needs of our customers, we learned to work with these kinds of unique use cases. We developped a dedicated stack of Deep Learning solutions: 𝐖𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 so our models have exposure to a wide and representative range of data, making them more robust and resilient to the variability that we encounter while having the ability to be fine-tuned for specific ad-hoc scenarios that we face. Similarly, we master techniques like 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, where we have models trained on a source data distribution but applied on a different, but related, target data distribution. As our product is called, Agile Recognition Software - ARS ©, we adapt, we iterate to help our customers in responding to their very own digititalization ambitions. https://bit.ly/3UdAbyp
