Constanza Busto, a longtime partner in Axialent, will be taking over as CEO of Axialent. This decision reflects our deep belief in Stoics' potential to shape the future of corporate leadership development. After 2 years of development and testing, the program, together with its human-centric use of AI, has consistently outperformed every other online offering in this space, delivering unparalleled satisfaction from managers and leaders. We’re confident that under Oseas’ leadership, it will continue to scale and transform the way corporate cultures evolve, and leaders grow. But Axialent itself will not stay put. Under Connie’s leadership, it will continue evolving and challenging you to evolve, to be on the cutting edge of progress, and to stay mindful of the human aspects of your business.
