This year Santander Deutschland had again the honor to be part of the 75th Latin America Day in Hamburg with our Santander Stand. This event showed once again how important it is to come together to strengthen the German - Latin American relations and looking forward giving the needed support to establish their business in Germany and/or in Latin America. It was an exciting 2-day program with great forums and experts were able to show their exciting expertise on various topics such as business innovation and sustainable development. During the last week, Santander Brasil and Santander Deutschland held a joint client´s agenda visiting 12 German/Austrian headquarters and showing our strong capabilities in both geographies, as well as our unique global structure. Companies that are among the largest in both countries were delighted with our connectivity, products, and quality of all we can deliver as a group in addition to Santander’s unparalleled presence in Latin America. Frank-Ulrich Wilhelm, André Danesh Beust, Ricardo Santaella, Fernando Paulucci de Oliveira, MARIO BERNEDO, Olaf Bahr, Peter Stindt, Larissa D., Giovanna Matias Franco and many more participated intensely in the construction of this agenda which certainly brought enormous value to our clients, showing why we are top of mind among Multinational companies.    We seek to bring the best to our customers, bringing value on a global level and placing the client on the center of everything we do.

Last week Santander España had the honour of participating in the prestigious #MadridInvestmentForum2024, organized by the Comunidad de Madrid, focused on promoting investment and fostering economic development in the region. The event provided a valuable platform for strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and business leaders, while exploring new opportunities to further position Madrid as a global hub for innovation and investment. In the opening panel, Jaime Uscola Lapiedra reaffirmed our commitment from Santander Multinationals to contribute to Madrid and Spain’s economic growth, and to support businesses enter this dynamic and lucrative market. Last week Santander Deutschland had an intense week having a small road show through Cataluña. The team had the chance and honor to travel to Barcelona to present Santander Germany, visit interesting companies and exchange ideas with Spanish colleagues to extend business possibilities in both country and support Santander clients in their business opportunities in Germany. Last week Santander had the pleasure to assist to the IBOS ASSOCIATION LIMITED Board & Business development meetings in Strasbourg. There were insightful and informative few days spent with other colleagues from Partner Banks looking to service global multinationals clients where Santander has no footprint.
