Creemos que un buen ambiente laboral es la base para construir equipos fuertes y comprometidos. Fomentar el equilibrio emocional no solo mejora la calidad de vida, sino que también potencia el desempeño y la creatividad.
Cuando en nuestras charlas hablamos de neurociencia 🧠, sesgos 🤔, sistemas ⚙️, etc., la gente suele sorprenderse, pensando que la salud mental era algo diferente.
