We're proud to announce that CTLpack Vichy has received the Label MORE 2024   In 2019, CTLpack received the first European label that recognises the action taken by plastics manufacturers in support of the circular economy and the integration of recycled plastics into their products. The Label MORE 2024 recognises our commitment to reducing the environmental footprint associated with the production of our products by encouraging the use of recycled raw materials. This certification is an acknowledgement of our commitment as a manufacturer and reflects the progress we are making to promote more sustainable consumption, with products that incorporate an increasing number of recycled plastics. CTLpack has introduced new processes to develop eco-design by using recycled plastics (and the recyclability of our products at their end-of-life). Last week we received a visit from Horizon Medical Group in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The CEO of the company, Paco Martin, toured the facilities and learned about the different manufacturing processes of CTLpack. It was a pleasure to meet him and discuss future projects! #visit #CTLpack #futureprojects

Our ECO-f and standard Minitop tubes, both capped with a 35 mm diameter Minitop PE cap, have been certified by RecyClass with CLASS A, the best possible rating, in terms of their recyclability. In addition to being mono-material PE tubes, they allow the inclusion of PE-PCR material in their composition and contain a smaller amount of plastic thanks to their lightened Minitop cap and the reduced thickness of the sleeve, in the case of the ECO-f tube. In this way, we promote the circular economy and contribute to creating a more sustainable system based on the principles of environmental care: - We reduce, by reducing plastic material - We use recycled materials, giving a second life to discarded materials.  - We promote recyclability, making our packaging increasingly recyclable. #recyclability #flexiblepackaging #tubepackaging #sustainability #certification
