Product Development is a team sport. That's why we at eDreams ODIGEO are taking the time twice a year to recognize outstanding teams (we call them 'pods') in four categories: Extra Performers for those who delivered extraordinary impact, because impact is the thing we are pushing for. Metric Gurus for those pods who have meaningfully improved their observability, because data driven insights is how we steer the company. Smart Productivity for those who best optimized their delivery (think DORA) because working more effectively is what leads to success. And our Pod-2-Pod category where pods say "thank you" to other pods helping them, because journeying together is what we do. It was great to hear and recognize the great stories of the whopping 43 pods that have been nominated. Kudos to these teams and obviously to the winners especially.

This week I had the pleasure to lead the eDO Transport Gathering for eDreams ODIGEO. It was a thematic event about Space 🚀 embracing our Moonshot vision 🌕. It included #AI as live co-facilitator, costume competition 👽, kahoot, laughter therapy, tech talks, team recognitions and much more. It's very rewarding to see +120 people having fun and collaborating across teams while celebrating our in-year FY25 area achievements ✨ Kudos to all eDOers that also volunteered and made this event a success 👏

Today we are thrilled to present the results for the first half of our fiscal year 2025, which ended on 30 September 2024 🚀 We continued to deliver significant growth as the world’s first and largest travel subscription company. Our key metrics as a subscription platform, namely number of subscribers and profitability, all achieved solid growth in the first half, with both Prime members and Cash EBITDA growing by a significant 28%, to 6.5 million subscribers and €81.1 million, respectively. As a subscription-led business, profitability is notably driven by the growing base of long-term Prime members. Members in their second year and beyond contribute higher value, as they increasingly turn to Prime as their go-to solution for all travel needs. Yesterday was all about attending the "Your Roadmap SUCKS!" event by ProductTank Porto at the magnificent eDreams ODIGEO office.
