Based near Barcelona-Spain, and formed in 2012 as an engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial machineries for the converting, labelling and packaging sector, Enprom Solutions product range includes equipment for shrink sleeve converting, slitting and rewinding, label finishing, coating and lamination, and hybrid converting. The company was jointly acquired by A B Graphic (ABG) and Kocher+Beck in 2019. ABG, recognising that Enprom were a company who shared similar values, intended to use the acquisition to strengthen and expand its web-based processing product portfolio, while providing opportunities to target new market segments. The net result would be an opportunity to deliver a complete solution to their customers, along with all the service and support benefits that are synonymous with ABG.
