𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗮-𝗧𝗮́𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 Sobre la reciente comunicación oficial de la Autoridad Portuaria Bahía de Algeciras (APBA) respecto a la ruta Tarifa - Tánger Ville.  Estamos decepcionados y preocupados por esta decisión, ya que creemos que la oferta adjudicada presenta proyecciones de tráfico poco realistas.  Además, la supuesta provisión de electricidad en Tánger Ville para operar un buque de propulsión eléctrica carece de viabilidad técnica y coordinación realista. Tras el anuncio de ayer por parte de la APBA, la empresa adjudicada tiene 15 días hábiles para presentar toda la documentación necesaria, que será revisada para su posterior aprobación final por el Consejo de Administración de la APBA.  Esperaremos esta aprobación final antes de anunciar cómo pretendemos proceder.  -------------------------------------------------- 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮̀ 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗿 𝗹'𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗹 𝗱'𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗮 - 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 À propos de la récente communication officielle de l'APBA concernant la ligne Tarifa - Tanger Ville, nous sommes déçus et préoccupés par cette décision, car nous estimons que l'offre retenue présente des projections de trafic irréalistes. De plus, la prétendue fourniture d'électricité à Tanger Ville pour faire fonctionner un navire à propulsion électrique manque de faisabilité technique et de coordination réaliste. Suite à l'annonce officielle par l'APBA, l’entreprise retenue dispose de 15 jours ouvrables pour soumettre toute la documentation nécessaire, qui sera examinée pour une approbation finale ultérieure par le Conseil d'administration de l'APBA. Nous attendrons cette approbation finale avant d'annoncer comment nous comptons procéder.

The discussions underscored the urgency of aligning operations with sustainability targets while ensuring operational resilience. This year Interferry has reached an important milestone in the history of the maritime industry and DFDS was honoured to take over the chairmanship of this flagship event. For the first time ever, Interferry 2024 was held in an African country. Marrakech was the ideal setting to bring together shipping industry leaders, underlining the growing importance of the region as a key logistics and trade hub. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Moroccan maritime and political authorities who have given their wholehearted cooperation, as well as to the delegates and the Inteferry organisation for their commitment and shared vision in making this conference a great success. With this historic edition of Interferry, we continue to move forward together towards a sustainable and prosperous future for our industry - thank you to all who made this meeting possible! #Interferry2024
