PRF - Gas Solutions is proud to have contributed to the successful start-up of the natural gas regasification plant at Suzano's lime kilns unit in Imperatriz, Brazil. In collaboration with Eneva, and with the support of our local partner, Sondotécnica Engenharia, this project marks a key step in the energy transition, highlighting the vital role of natural gas as a cleaner, more sustainable energy source. The newly constructed plant features: 🔸 8 tanks of 100m³ each, ensuring a substantial storage capacity; 🔸 6 atmospheric vaporizers, optimizing the regasification process for improved efficiency; 🔸 Gas metering and regulation skid with online chromatography, providing real-time gas quality monitoring; 🔸 2 unloading bays with centrifugal pumps, enabling fast and efficient handling of the gas; 🔸 A gas flow capacity of 160,000 Nm³/day, supporting stable and flexible operations; 🔸 TETRA FUEL combustion, offering the flexibility to use natural gas (NG), hydrogen (H2), methanol (MeOH), or BPF oil, contributing to operational stability and decarbonization. The structure of the #storagetanks is relatively complex. The #tanks are designed and manufactured according to ASME+METI code. It is the first project designed and supplied to Japan by Furui CIT according to #ASME+METI code. Furui CIT actively responded to customer’s requirements and worked closely with the customer's Shanghai and Japanese teams. With professional technology and efficient production management, Furui CIT completed the #storagetanks on time with good quality. From design to production, every step is strictly controlled by Furui CIT to meet all the requirements of this project. 😁

On September 3, 2024 the 150,000 m³/day LNG processing service project invested and constructed by Jiangsu Furui Energy Services Co., Ltd.（FRES）a subsidiary company of Furui Group was successfully put into production. The project belongs to Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas Company. As a typical LNG processing service project, its wellhead supporting facilities and natural gas trial production and recovery #skid-mounted station can effectively solve the problems of resource waste and environmental impact through skid-mounted recovery of scattered gas at the wellhead. In this project, FRES established a project management team to clarify the division of responsibilities of each member, put safety in the project construction first at all times, and establish a sound safety management system.
