High Yield Capital Partners is a company created by three partners in 2017 whose aim is to obtain sustainable returns while develop new research and analysis techniques for companies and markets. Our portfolio seeks to provide income and, secondarily, to increase the value of the investment over the long term. We try to tap value wherever it exists with no geographical or industry restriction using a dividend growth investing strategy. Our pilars Higher-equity, lower-debt approach: Capitalize our businesses typically 60%-80% equity and only 20-40% debt. Long term investment horizon: The advantage of long-term investmeting is found in the relationship between volatility and time. Assets with higher short-term volatility risk (such as stocks) tend to have higher returns over the long term. Dividends Distribution: Dividends are a major factor in reducing overall portfolio risk and volatility and they are an important reflection of a company's value. It is important to note that stocks with dividends are less likely to reach unsustainable values. Our target is to distribute a minimum of 5% dividend yield every year.
