Established in 2024, the IE M&A Club allows students from IE University to gain experience in M&A and investment banking. We plan to share our interest and knowledge when analysing global M&A deals divided by industries and regions to acquire key skills for a successful career in investment banking. Members will be exposed to M&A work through transaction reports, and will benefit from an extensive network which will give them a head start on their careers. Positions for M&A analysts, associates, and heads of industry coverage will be application-based.

Dear community, We are excited to share the launch of the IE M&A Club. The club was founded by students who are interested in breaking into investment banking careers, specifically M&A. We will focus on producing analyses of recent M&A transactions across Industrials, Healthcare, Retail, TMT, and Energy, along with networking events featuring active professionals.
