🌟 European Young Chef Award 2024 - Traditional Dish👩🍳👨🍳 In the first day, the finalists of the EYC 2024 officially became IGCAT Regional Chef Ambassadors, committing to promote their regions' culinary heritage, champion sustainability, and celebrate food diversity. The day continued with the young chefs preparing their traditional dishes from their regions, "warming-up" for tomorrow’s competition.
