🌍 IN2destination en el Forum TurisTIC 2024 🌍 Ayer nuestra compañera Laura Taroncher Verdaguer tuvo el placer de asistir al Forum TurisTIC 2024 en Barcelona, donde se debatieron los grandes retos y oportunidades que enfrenta el sector turístico en relación con la sostenibilidad y la transformación digital. 💡 Algunos temas clave que se abordaron durante la jornada: • 🌱 Crisis climática y turismo La crisis climática está impactando los destinos turísticos de manera significativa. Se discutió la necesidad urgente de adelantarse y adaptarse a estos cambios y cómo las empresas y los destinos pueden reducir sus impactos y mitigar sus efectos a largo plazo. La clave está en adoptar nuevas formas de gestión y planificación que permitan a los destinos seguir siendo atractivos y sostenibles. • 💧 Gestión eficiente de recursos Se destacó la importancia de una gestión más inteligente y sostenible de los recursos naturales, en especial el agua, un bien esencial para la vida y para el sector turístico. La innovación y las mejores prácticas son fundamentales para optimizar su uso, reducir el desperdicio y hacer de la sostenibilidad una prioridad en cada rincón de la cadena de valor turística. • 📲 Innovación tecnológica Las nuevas tecnologías están cambiando la manera en que las personas viajeras y las empresas interactúan. Desde soluciones basadas en IoT hasta herramientas de análisis de datos en tiempo real, la tecnología está permitiendo una mejor toma de decisiones y la implementación de estrategias que promuevan un turismo más consciente y respetuoso con el medio ambiente. En este sentido, la capacidad de involucrar a los y las turistas en acciones sostenibles juega un papel crucial. • 🤝 Colaboración y acción La necesidad de trabajar juntos: empresas, instituciones y turistas, para un futuro más sostenible. Uno de los mensajes más repetidos a lo largo de la jornada fue la necesidad de cooperación entre empresas, instituciones públicas y personas visitantes. Solo trabajando juntas podremos afrontar los desafíos climáticos y sociales. Es el momento de unir fuerzas y generar un impacto positivo que beneficie tanto a las comunidades locales como a las personas viajeras Nos llevamos muchas reflexiones e ideas inspiradoras que nos refuerzan en nuestra misión de impulsar un turismo más sostenible. How can we build stronger, more sustainable tourism destinations ❓ To help answer this question, we are happy to share that our CEO & Founder, Nagore Uresandi Espinosa (PhD), will be a keynote speaker at the Workshop on "Building Strong Tourism Destinations," taking place from 6-7 June 2024 in Vienna! 🌟 This workshop is organised by the OECD - OCDE and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy. Estamos felices que desde ayer nuestra CEO Nagore Uresandi Espinosa (PhD) compañera de equipo Lady Janeth Giraldo Ortiz, disfrutaron de las actividades de apertura del Encuentro Empresarial entre España y Colombia organizado por la Secretaría de Estado de Comercio de España, ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, y la Oficina Económica y Comercial de la Embajada de España en Bogotá.
