Acabamos un año lleno de verde.... Este año hemos participado en el programa🌿CASCOS VERDES🌿, un proyecto que trabaja por la sostenibilidad del planeta apoyando proyectos locales y que está promovido por CIFAL Malaga-Unitar, CIFAL Málaga, un organismo dependiente de las Naciones Unidas, y Amazon España. 🥬🌱Junto con AbonoKm0 y la comunidad de **Sustainability Embassadors** de Amazon cocreamos este gran proyecto. Construimos un HUERTO URBANO en uno de los edificios de Amazon en Barcelona y durante todo el año organizamos workshops con sus empleados sobre huertos urbamos y temáticas de #wellbeing y #sostenibilidad. En este video os enseñamos como: ✅️Construimos el huerto con el equipo de Lidia Calvo de Eixverd ✅️Plantamos juntos verduras de temporada en las diferentes estaciones del año creando una comunidad #greenclub ✅️Cosechamos juntos aprendiendo cómo se produce lo que comemos y poniéndo en valor la labor de nuestros agricultores ✅️Hablamos de compostaje y como compostar con Miki Royan y Diego Waehner de AbonoKm0 ✅️Aprendimos el poder nutricional de los brotes con Anneke Stolk de Instagreen ✅️Nos acercamos a cuidar mejor nuestras plantas de interior con @albanúñez de verdopolis Una gran experiencia que seguirá en 2025 con más workshops que estamos cocinando. Un año más, desde la Asociacion Replantem y con el apoyo del Ajuntament de Barcelona Barcelona City Council hemos organizado la cuarta edición de **LES48H d'Agricultura i verd urbà**, un escaparate de proyectos inspiradores que se están llevando a cabo en la ciudad de Barcelona hermanados con Paris y muchas ciudades de Francia. Este fin de semana, **26 y 27 de Octubre** abrimos puertas por toda Barcelona para hacer visitas, talleres y charlas e implicar a la ciudadania Más de 35 experiencias gratuitas desde riego automático con arduino, compostaje, laboratorios de sotenibilidad, mural del clima, brotes y setas, huertos comunitarios, nuevas formas de cultivo etc... We’re 1 of 10 SMEs in Hungry EcoCities – S+T+ARTS In the next 14 months we will be working together with: → Innovators → Architects → Artists → AI Experts → Universities → And many other amazing specialists & creatives Our goal is to come up with fresh & real solutions, for the challenge of indoor climatization for local urban farms, using minimal resources. Indoor farming and hydroponic cultivation bring along many benefits for the cultivation of local sustainable food. But this type of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) can use a lot of energy to create the perfect indoor climate. This challenge aims to explore innovative, low-tech climatization control systems that can be prototyped and tested. Using natural phenomena and biomimicry, we want to develop a cost-effective, highly energy-efficient solution for small indoor farms. If you only know peas from a can, you are in for a treat 🍭 Pea shoots are almost like candy! Their sweet taste brings you directly into summer They are absolutely gorgeous with their tendrils Making any simple dish a spectacular dish, instantly We love them raw in a salad, pure deliciousness! And they are also great sources of fibre, chlorophyll, Vitamins B, C, K & β-carotenes for vitamin A Simply making them a great antioxidant source too. They even contain 8 x more vitamin C than blueberries And you can grow pea shoots all year round, at home: 1. Get organic pea seeds for growing microgreens 2. Soak your seeds for about 6 hours 3. Seed them in moist soil, or another substrate 4. Keep them in the dark for about 8 days (covered) 5. Water them every day 6. Then have them in a place with light for 6 days 7. Be amazed to see how quick they turn green :) 8. Keep on watering them every day 🌱 Harvest and enjoy! What is your favourite summer dish? Happy growing!
