Another set of NH3 condensers and evaporators (spray chiller type) for a heat pump in salmon service is ready to be delivered. The tubes are titanium, and the manufacturing key challenge was the tube-to-tube plate joint, which is in this case is light expanded + seal welded. INTEGASA also supplies double tube-double plate spray chillers (safety spray chillers) with titanium tubes for sewage, wastewater, or seawater applications. This solution avoids an intermediate heat exchanger and raises the heat pump's COP. An expert design that uses a suitable combination of water velocity and pressure losses to achieve a self-cleaning effect, combined with a mechanical design compatible with external tube cleaning systems, reduces the impact of the fouling factor in these services. On the other hand, our R&D engineers are working on developing spray chillers using CO2 and hydrocarbons as refrigerants. Hopefully, good news will come soon! We are supplying a tiny skid with one Titanium condenser and one flooded evaporator for a small heat pump of 275kW, with the destination Norway. The titanium tubes are lightly expanded, then seal welded to the cladded titanium tube plates with orbital TIG. We want to inform you about our last delivered project, which destination is one of the three largest chemical producers. The petrochemical complex in Zeeland, Netherlands, is the second-largest manufacturing location globally for this giant of chemicals.   Our team, in a unique and challenging project, worked in close collaboration with the client's inspectors, conducting daily inspections over a period of 7 months. This not only demonstrated our company's problem-solving capabilities but also showcased our technical expertise.   This equipment, designed according to ASME VIII Div.1, manufactured with Dúplex and LTCS, with requirements as premanufacturing mock-up, helium tests 10-5 Pa·m3/s or -40ºC dew point drying, is a new demonstration of the capacity of INTEGASA to successfully lead projects summited to the highest specifications, with exigences close to the Nuclear sector.
