As we close out 2024, we want to express our gratitude to everyone who made this year yet another incredible chapter for JB46. This year marked significant growth for our ecosystem. We reached the milestone of investing in 150 Search Funds, while our portfolio companies—both longstanding and new—continued to expand and strengthen their leadership in their respective markets. To continue creating meaningful value for our searchers and operators, over the course of the year we launched a management training program tailored for CEOs, a proprietary companion platform designed to support our searchers’ journey, and an expert network connecting searchers and operators with top-tier professionals across various sectors. The culmination of these initiatives was the launch of our third fund, a milestone that lays the foundation for what we aim to build in the years ahead. As we continue investing through the Search Fund model, our true pride comes from backing outstanding entrepreneurs. To our searchers, operators, and the partners who support us: thank you for trusting us on this journey.
