Happy Thanksgiving from Le Mini Macaron! We celebrated with an incredible office potluck this week, covering food from 10 different countries...one of our favorite aspects of our team is how international we are! Tunisia, Argentina, France, Peru, Italy, Russia, Spain, USA, South Africa and China. These were the dishes & cultures shared by our team (and this isn't even everyone - just the ones who had time to cook)!! We are so grateful this Thanksgiving for our community (our Chéries!), our team members, our partners, clients and vendors and everyone else we have the opportunity to interact with. A month late, but we had to share! Our annual Halloween party at the office was a hit. Combination Team Costume Party & Baby Shower for Maria Nikita Marzano - it was such a fun celebration! Of course, our LMM team was super creative (as usual!) with their funny, surprising and unexpected costumes! Thanks Karen Ortí and Angie Su Y. for organizing the lunch and the baby games 🎃🐣 and for Team Le Mini Macaron for all the fun ideas and bringing your creativity!

Last Thursday our LMM team celebrated our recent Le Sweet Launch together with an amazing team building event! We gathered at the stunning Norrsken Barcelona venue in sunny Barceloneta and kicked off the day with breakfast and presentations by different team members. It was the perfect opportunity for our team to present their own work for Le Sweet -- from creative and product design, to web landing pages, social media content, paid ad creative, influencer & PR campaigns, retail store launches in US, EU and International and supply chain & logistics ... the team got the full picture of what other departments work on and how it all links together. A great moment to be proud of our own & each other's contributions! Over coffee break, Melissa Mateus put together a brilliant game of "LMM Feud" (if you know Family Feud!) that had us guessing and laughing!! Congrats to Team 6 for knowing the most trivia about our team ;) The prize in the end was first pick of our new LMM Pick & Paint Boxes (launching next year on DTC) -- which were gifts for the whole team that day. We then held our Quarterly NPD Presentation (showcasing all the Newness coming in 1H 2025) that Maria Muñoz Garcia Louise Mastriforti and Christina Kao presented, and the team pitched in with lots of great questions & comments. Plus updates from Alice de Gandt and Lucille Saad of the recent TFWA (Tax Free World Association) Cannes Expo, as well as Karen Ortí on our HR Recruitment initiatives! Behind the scenes this week at Le Mini Macaron... We took a mini road trip out of the office...and into one of our factories! This little visit with our social media team (guided by our production team) was to shoot new video content for a VERY exciting product launch we have at the end of this month. This week, in 35 degree summer heat (celsius!), Louise Mastriforti our Creative Director and her team wrapped up our Holiday 2024 photo shoot! It takes an army of people! Art direction, photography, models, props, video content, hair & makeup...everyone plays a part. Each image needs time to set up, making sure all products are clean and well-positioned, checking against our shot list to make sure we're following the marketing brief, reviewing shots to ensure products, nails, faces, props all look perfect, and then breaking down and setting up the next shot! Half the time, our team members are our models too! As you can see Maria Oprea on the right with a winter jacket over right arm...hand model for the day!
