This time we have designed and manufactured highly specialized anti-seismic expansion joints for a major airport in the United Kingdom.   Main Features of the Supplied Expansion Joints:   - Type: MACOGA Double Gimbal Expansion Joints with Externally Pressurized Intermediate Bellows (MFCD+MEP).  - Design: Equipped with floating flanges to ensure ease of installation. - Material: All components in contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.    What Makes These Expansion Joints Exceptional?  - Double Gimbal Expansion Joints: Designed to absorb lateral and angular movements in multiple planes, these joints feature two gimbal rings that ensure flexibility while reducing stress on the piping system. On this occasion, we have successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of six Hinged FCC Expansion Joints for a leading refinery in South America. These state-of-the-art units have been carefully engineered and crafted to adhere to the highest industry standards and meet the unique demands of our client, guaranteeing outstanding performance even in the most demanding environments. MACOGA stands as a global leader in the design and production of Expansion Joints specifically tailored for Power Generation Plants.   Our Expansion Joints are used by leading EPC contractors, power sector specialists, plant engineering firms, energy producers, turbine and boiler manufacturers, and plant owners across the world.   On this ocassion, we successfully engineered, manufactured, and tested three DN 1400 Pressure Expansion Joints for 560MW gas-fired combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant under located in the east of Europe.   A pressure-balanced expansion joint is designed to manage axial and lateral movements while eliminating the thrust created by internal pressure. This is achieved by incorporating an additional bellows, which counters the force on the main bellows by generating an equal and opposite pressure force.
