MD.USE is a global provider of scientific software based on computacional Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations and Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR and AR). These tecnologies describe how molecules move and interact with each other. We are able to 3D-print realistic structures derived from these studies. MD.USE is also specialized in self-assembly of small molecules as well as in molecular recognition of cyclodextrins and synthetic cyclo peptides with antimicrobial properties. We speed up the design and development of new molecular systems for different applications (bioactive compounds, functional materials or specific additives for chemical industries) by increasing the knowledge on how molecules interact with each other and behave in realistic model environments.
