A memorable close to the V Catas Underground Edition ! The last session featured Javier and Álvaro Usarralde Ovejas of Châpeau Wines , who shared their unique approach to winemaking. From Alfaro to Saint-Émilion and back to Rioja, the Usarralde brothers have masterfully blended Bordeaux’s winemaking philosophy with their Riojan roots, crafting wines that embody the best of both worlds.
