We would like to celebrate an incredible milestone for our Senior IT Support Manager, José Carlos Pérez Mérida, on 10 years with RavenPack! 🎉🥳 Jose Carlos joined us back in 2014 with a passion for technology and a thirst to learn. Starting with Help Desk Support tasks, he quickly became an integral part of the team. As he took on more responsibilities, he began working on key improvement and implementation projects, which supported the different team’s growth throughout his early years. His dedication and leadership skills led him to mentor new IT employees, became the IT Support Team Lead, and eventually earned the role of Senior IT Support Manager in 2020. Jose Carlos has played a crucial role in expanding our IT infrastructure to support RavenPack’s growing team. His efforts to professionalize our Help Desk Support services have been invaluable. As to mention two of the most remarkable highlights of his incredible impact: • Remote Work Setup: Before the pandemic, Jose Carlos led the charge to prepare our entire team for remote work. From provisioning networks to issuing VPN credentials and running massive drills—he ensured we were ready, and he did it all in record time! • NY Office IT Setup: Jose Carlos also spearheaded the first IT setup for our New York office, ensuring seamless connectivity and professionalizing the network, directly linking us to our headquarters. Beyond his technical expertise, Jose Carlos's empathy and positive attitude make him a standout leader. He attacks challenges head-on, always searching for ways to improve and help others. And, as many of us witnessed at the 2022 Christmas Party, he can dance!  Not many knew he had been taking classes, but he certainly impressed us all! 🕺✨ 🎉We are proud and grateful to have Jose Carlos as part of the RavenPack family.
