What a season! As the motorsport season is slowly wrapping up, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything we accomplished this year, and wow, what a journey it’s been! Here’s what the stats say: 🏆 20+ events organized worldwide 🏎️ 50+ teams supported across 10 different sports categories 🚚 250+ shipments moved worldwide, including: • 100+ car movements • 100+ motorbike movements • 50+ equipment movements • 30+ sea freight containers • 120+ airfreight shipments • 100+ road transports In total, we moved 150,000 kg of vehicles, spare parts, tires, fuel, and TV/media equipment! It’s been a season full of challenges, long nights, and incredible moments. None of this would’ve been possible without our amazing team and the trust of our clients. 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝟭𝟬𝟭 Logistics might seem like a behind-the-scenes role, but it’s the backbone of so many industries. Here are some must-knows that can make a big difference for you in the learning procces: 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆. The main things that you have to look into are supply chain optimization, logistics insurance, types of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Learn as much as you can. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁. A solid logistics strategy is key to reducing costs, improving delivery times, or balancing inventory. Tools like AI and automation can revolutionize your process, cutting costs, reducing errors, and improving service levels. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. Technology is the logistics manager’s best friend. They can help you monitor shipments at every stage and leverage automation and data analytics to stay ahead! Use tools like TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for better control. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Whether it's planning transfers, deliveries, or schedules, being ahead of time is key. Always add a buffer to handle unexpected delays—because something will go off-track! Always have a plan B! 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. Familiarize yourself with event locations, traffic patterns, and even local customs. A little research can save a lot of stress when you're working on tight schedules. 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. Contracts, itineraries, permits—keeping everything organized and accessible is non-negotiable. Digital backups are your best friend in all emergencies. Working hard to ensure they have our support to capture every thrilling moment. It’s intense, but as always there's something rewarding in knowing we’re part of bringing this event to life for viewers worldwide.

Wrapping up an incredible FIA Motorsport Games! Yesterday was the last day of the #FIAMotorsportGames, and we’re beyond grateful for the chance to be part of this amazing project! Helping teams, staff, and fans come together made for an unforgettable experience. 𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 82 nations 646 athletes 26 disciplines 5 venues across the city 18 medals for Spain 🇪🇸 And just 𝗼𝗻𝗲 official logistics partner! 😎 We’re thankful for everyone we had the chance to work with: from management to support teams and all the behind-the-scenes heroes! As the official logistics partner of the FIA Motorsport Games, we would like to share some details of what we have done to support this exciting motorsport event! Here are a few key areas that we were focusing on: 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽: Our team carefully planned and coordinated every piece of equipment: from tools to some individual essentials for each team’s setup. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘀: Moving vehicles safely and on time was, of course, our top priority. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽: Have you seen the massive tents around the paddock that are used as garages and hospitality zones? That was our job 😎 We managed the on-ground setup for every team! 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: International events need international support! Our team coordinated, insured, and transported shipments by sea and air, ensuring all the critical supplies and equipment arrived on schedule safe and sound. 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁: When you’re working in high-stakes motorsport, temporary power is essential. We urgently provided and delivered a reliable power supply for a TV Team when it was needed.
