Imagined and initiated by your servants truly, RegenerateX co-founders Canay Atalay and Rudy de Waele, the Heart Masters experience is not a retreat but an initiation into a practice community for regenerative innovation. Heart Masters (May 12-14) This experience will (un)condition and liberate your mind and body with embodiment practices, daily dialogues, art and music, breath work, yoga, meditation, swimming and hikes. We will share delicious, local, healthy food, spend lots of time outdoors, learn new skills and cultivate regenerative practices. Experts will share their topics on regeneration in daily workshops, including soil, fire, water and air stewardship. Additional sessions include voice activation and dance, and time for massages and relaxation. In the evenings we come together for celebratory feasts, immersive fireside chats, alongside musical experiences. RegenerateX Ibiza Conference (May 15) A day of opening our hearts to welcome locals and visitors, to co-create through design sessions, dialogues, talks by extraordinary minds and panels of local regenerative entrepreneurs, farmers and innovators, celebrated with art, music, poetry and a regenerative movie premiere. Last Thursday, we launched RX on Board: Regenerative Business Innovation online program. It was the first out of 19 interactive sessions (in six modules) we’ll be covering for the next three months guided by global experts in sustainable and regenerative practices. A blend of modern business innovation with ancient and indigenous wisdom. 🌱 View our program overview presentation here - https://lnkd.in/eEQXm4m7 Our first invited guest speaker, Jeremy Lent presented in his presentation on “How Can Technology Be in the Service of Life?” the flaws of the current global capitalist system and its roots in the worldview of separation and human supremacy. He concluded by emphasising the potential danger of the 'nature as a machine' metaphor in modern science and technology, and the need to explore alternative metaphors to provide a different understanding of the universe. Understanding Complex Systems and Nature's Intelligence, Ecological Civilisation and Life-Based Principles. Jeremy discussed the principles of life and their application to technology and society. He proposed the concept of an ecological civilisation, a shift towards a life-based economic and cultural system that promotes sustainable flourishing for both humans and the environment. He emphasised the principles of ecosystems like symbiosis, diversity, connectivity, balance, and regeneration, and how these could impact various aspects of society including technology, infrastructure, governance, and culture. Jeremy concluded by suggesting that this new way of thinking could lead to a long-lasting era of mutually beneficial symbiosis between humans and the living Earth. Today in our third session with RegenerateX RX on Board: Regenerative Business Innovation program, we dived into a taboo topic: teaming up mind-body-heart and wait: spirit! Using Cara M. de Lange s Softer Success® 6 pillars of health measurement, Jorge Ferrer s “Integral Growth and Transformation” expansion and initiating Ecmel Ayral s #UnLearnX methodology for our program, I can confidently say that we are piloting a unique co-creative regenerative innovation process. As we are unlearning, learning & relearning, stay tuned or better, ask curious questions for us to burn our assumptions together… Here are mine: 1 -“How an integral humanity would redefine economics?” 2-“What is the business model of coming alive, instead of being numb, addicted, scared or in scarcity?” 3-“How would value transform or circulate, if we did not have a hierarchy of mind over body over heart?
