Today, as we celebrate the joy of reading on World Book Day, we also embrace the cherished tradition of Sant Jordi here in Catalonia. In the spirit of both occasions, every Tepsa employee received a special gift – a book and a rose.   We're especially proud to share that the roses were sourced Fundació Portolà, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the employmenti ntegration of individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental disorders. The chosen title for this year's celebration is '¡Plántate!' by Josep Santacreu Bonjoch. This selection perfectly aligns with our organization's sustainability goals outlined in our Sustainability Roadmap 2022-2030: People, Planet, Prosperity and the UN Sustainable Development Goals #4 Quality Education, #8Decent Work and #13Climate Action.   Let's continue to spread the joy of reading and inclusivity together!   #WorldBookDay #SantJordi

Productive visit with 23 police officers who toured our terminal in Barcelona as part of their training in dangerous goods logistics. They observed our handling of legal requirements and permits for trucks and drivers, and our comprehensive safety inspections. Their visit was mutually beneficial. By sharing insights into proper chemical management, we reinforce our commitment to industry safety while gaining fresh perspectives on our daily operations. Special thanks to the Guardia Urbana de Barcelona and Autoritat Portuaria de Barcelona for including us in this training opportunity. #AlwaysSafe

🌿 Embracing Continuous Learning for Climate Action 🌍   Recently, we participated in a workshop on climate change hosted by Marie Mélinon at Climate Fresk. She posed 3 thought-provoking questions: Question 1: How much do we know about climate change? None of us felt we knew enough, so we all moved to the right side of the room. It was a humbling moment, highlighting the importance of continuous learning. Question 2: How much do we care about it? We all shifted to the left side of the room, demonstrating our deep concern and desire to learn more about what we could do to improve the situation. Question 3: How much are we actively contributing to address climate change? This question left us pondering our individual roles in tackling this global challenge. While we acknowledged that each of us is making efforts, the workshop served as a catalyst for deeper reflection. It prompted us to evaluate our current actions, identify areas for improvement, and commit to concrete steps toward a more sustainable future. Additionally, we are excited to announce that Climate Fresk will be facilitating sessions in all terminals for all employees. These sessions aim to further educate and empower our team members to take meaningful action in addressing climate change.
