Sobre nosotros
The Marine Technology Unit (UTM) was created in 2001 within the Natural Resources Division of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), to meet the increasing needs, demands and challenges of the Marine Science, and as a long-term commitment in marine and polar research technologies. The main mission is to provide to the National Large Scale Marine and Polar Infrastructures belonging to the Ministry of Science & Innovation, the logistic and technological assistance necessary for the marine and polar research within the National R&D Plan, European Projects, and other International projects.
