✔ The European Chapters of buildingSMART International have joined forces to accelerate the digitalisation of the construction sector in Europe. 💪 For that purposse, European Chapters openBIM Forum was created in aim to provide technical assistance to both the European Commission and national governments on such relevant issues as the digitalisation of building permit processes, the circular economy and improving communications between the construction industry's supply chain. 👉 As a first action, the EOF has published a Manifesto, supported by buildingSMART International and the EUBIM Task Group, which advocates the use of openBIM standards to achieve a digitalised and sustainable built environment. ✔ You can find it here:

El servicio puede utilizarse de forma manual, o a través de las aplicaciones SW que se conectan con el mismo. ✔ #DATAWISE is an European project linked to the Horizon Europe program called to transform buildings management and maintenance throughout its entire life cycle. ✔ #VBE6D is part of the consortium made up of 16 partners from 7 European countries working on an advanced solution that integrates any data source into an #OpenBIM #digitaltwin managed through #artificialintelligence. ✔ An absolutely innovative proposal that will allow building owners and managers to optimize aspects such as flexibility and thermal management of buildings, energy forecasting, intelligent sustainability and comfort for people or preventive assessment of the risks of buildings and their life cycle. ✔ Our MD Luis Fernández and BIM Developer Efren Roza together with Álvaro Rodríguez Ruiz and Verónica González de Lena from #CTC, have participated in the Physical Kick-of Meeting hosted by Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) in Thessaloniki, Greece.
