🏆 Recibimos un reconocimiento como Empresa de Alta Productividad según el #IndicadorArdan2024 realizado por el Consorcio Zona Franca de Vigo que analiza la situación económica y competitiva de las empresas de Galicia, España. Las empresas de Alta Productividad presentan, durante 3 años consecutivos, un valor añadido bruto por persona empleada por encima del percentil 75 del sector en el que operan y una tasa de crecimiento superior al 10% durante los 3 años de estudio. Para esta edición, la muestra de #Galicia fue de 37.909 empresas y solo han conseguido atender a los criterios necesarios para alcanzar el indicador ARDÁN de Alta Productividad 2024, 289 empresas. Esto supone que tan solo un 0,76% del total del tejido empresarial gallego alcanza este distintivo. La productividad mide cuánto producen las empresas por cada recurso utilizado (trabajo, capital, tierra o tecnología) y es clave para mejorar #eficiencia, #rentabilidad y #satisfaccióndelcliente. En el estudio se analiza la productividad del capital humano, destacando el valor del outsourcing y la innovación organizacional como factores decisivos para lograr una ventaja competitiva sostenible. #IndicadoresARDAN David Regades

As a kick-off for our #2025planning, we organized a team activity to identify ways to enhance our clients' experience.   🎯 Challenge Generate ideas to improve our client experience with the guiding question: How can we enhance satisfaction for both current and potential VICUSdt clients?   💡 What We Did We formed 3 teams to brainstorm client-centered solutions, focusing on enhancing every point of contact.   ☑️ Results Together, the teams generated over 100 ideas targeting various client touchpoints. Additionally, the activity fostered a positive, collaborative environment, strengthening teamwork and a culture of open exchange.   🏆 A big #thankyou to the entire team for their dedication and creativity. Your commitment to our growth as a company is invaluable, and together, we're setting a strong foundation for a successful 2025!

Descubre lo que nos dijeron en el #FESTALENT2024 Participamos de la Feria de Empleo organizada por Campus Industrial de Ferrol (Universidade da Coruña) y fue una gran oportunidad para conocer e interactuar con tantos jóvenes talentosos y con ganas de hacer un impacto en el mundo de la ingeniería. 💡👩🔧👨💻 Durante el evento, realizamos una dinámica muy interesante donde invitamos a los asistentes a contestar dos preguntas clave: 1️⃣ ¿Qué habilidades deben tener los ingenieros?
