About Minute Call
Minute Call makes booking call centers ridiculously simple—no rigid, monthly contracts. We allow companies to book agents per day, when they need it. It’s like shopping online, but for businesses who need calls handled fast. The concept is simple and different, the market is there, and now it’s time to bring in customers.
Why is it exciting? Call Centers is a huge industry, bigger than the taxi industry. Dinosaurs still dominate it, forcing clients to engage in rigid, lengthy contracts. Lots of companies who just need help in some peak times -demand seasionality, employees sickness or vacations- are therefore left without any possible help from an external organisation.
The vision of Minute Call is bringing in a flexible alternative, where businesses hire when they have a need, and hirings are no longer managed like projects, but like a tech product. We don't sell perfection and certain SLAs, we sell a pragmatic, quick approach to get support.
If you combine this with the simplicity of the value proposition, the cocktail is a promising one.
What I’m Looking For
This isn’t some corporate role with a polished desk and hand-holding. I need someone who can:
- Bring in deals: You’ll be testing the market and landing our first customers.
- A hunter’s mindset: You live for the chase, and you know how to close deals once you’ve got a lead.
- Act now: No waiting for the perfect moment. We’ll figure things out as we go.
- No defensivity: someone low-ego, easy-going, and resilient as hell.
What the Role Looks Like
- To start, we’ll keep it casual. Think of it as a trial run to see if we click as co-founders. No contracts, just collaboration.
- Sales is your playground. You’ll lead the charge in bringing customers on board and gathering feedback we can act on.
- If the fit feels right, we’ll make it formal and lock in equity, roles, and the rest.

- Someone who sees opportunity in challenges and isn’t scared to get their hands dirty.
