Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic fintech team at CONCRYT. This role requires a keen eye for financial details, especially within payment systems, and a strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about the intersection of finance and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile transactions with clients and partners, and sign off on monthly reconciliation statements
• Monitor cash flow through payment systems and manage account balances
• Analyze payment systems for financial efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct cost analysis, manage exchange differences, and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Contribute to the optimization of cross-functional internal processes within the company
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Preparing ad hoc reports as necessary

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Knowledge of accounting transactions
• Experience working with payment systems
• Experience with SQL, Power BI is a plus
• Intermediate-level proficiency in English
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to process large volumes of information
