Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic Growth, Marketing & Content Lead to drive REVER’s inbound growth initiatives and lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This is a versatile, high-impact role for someone who excels in data-driven marketing, project management, and hands-on execution. You will spearhead our inbound marketing strategy, from SEO/SEM and paid media to events, partnerships, and social media. Your mission is to help establish REVER as the go-to platform for returns management globally, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.


You Will:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound growth strategy, focusing on SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing to drive lead generation.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, events, and partnerships, to increase REVER’s visibility and reach.
  • Manage the content calendar, working with internal and external contributors to create high-quality blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with REVER’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, and product, to optimize the marketing funnel and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to support content creation, paid media, and event execution.
  • Drive event marketing efforts, organizing and promoting REVER’s presence at industry events, webinars, and partnerships with key players in the e-commerce space.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, identifying new opportunities to strengthen REVER’s brand and engage our target audience.


You Have:


  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, content, or digital marketing, ideally within a SaaS, e-commerce, or tech startup environment.
  • Proven experience with inbound marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing.
  • A solid understanding of data analysis and performance tracking, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content across platforms.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
  • Experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns, from strategy to delivery, while tracking KPIs and optimizing for growth.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
  • Bonus: Experience with event marketing, partnerships, and community building.
