So when we, it's the same methodology as when we started and it started off as a ranking report. It wasn't awards to begin with, it was just a rankings report in the FT. And I did a lot of study into innovation generally within business, within science, within medicine. And I could see there were certain indicators of innovation. And so the methodology is very clean, it's very simple. We judge every entry on whether on three. Indicators, originality, leadership and impact our Ollie approach. Each entry is scored out of 10 and essentially you know it's a service business. If we were just doing it on, if we were looking at widgets, we're just do originality and impact or products would be originality and impact. But because it's a service business, we have to have this leadership indicator in there. So it's how original is the legal work or how original is the initiative, but then what? Of the leadership that the law firm or the in-house legal team has shown, how have they been proactive? How have they anticipated the instruction or anticipated the market change And then impact is about replicability. You know is it a one off or is it going to change the market, is it going to change the industry, is it going to change the client, You know we go in this sort of scale. Obviously if it changes the market and the way that legal work is done, it gets a 10 for impact.
