Le défi que représentent les workflows manuels est un sujet d'actualité pour les agences. J'ai remarqué que si les discussions sont nombreuses, les solutions concrètes semblent rares. Cela pourrait s'expliquer par le fait que le développement traditionnel a longtemps été le choix par défaut. Ce que j'ai appris, c'est que les plateformes sans code peuvent réduire considérablement les délais et les coûts de mise en œuvre. Envisagez des solutions sans code pour automatiser les processus et présenter les résultats à l'aide de mesures tangibles. Why Crappy Software Can Go the Distance I’ve seen so many systems with beautiful UX, perfectly designed interfaces, and seamless experiences that end up generating zero revenue. Meanwhile, there are clunky, borderline unusable systems that people use every single day—and they’re making tons of money. Why is that? It’s baffling, right? On paper, the smooth, shiny software should win every time. But in the real world, it doesn’t. Let me share two examples from my week that perfectly illustrate this: Example 1: The Parking Payment Odyssey: Imagine this: you scan a QR code expecting convenience, and instead, you’re thrown into a UI straight out of the 90s. A 10-step wizard for paying for parking! That’s like needing a step-by-step guide to pour cereal. Yet here they are, still taking payments and making money. How? Example 2: The Legal Form Waiting Game: Then there’s the bank. You’re greeted with a message that screams urgency: “Respond or face delays!”—but there’s nothing to respond to. No loading spinner, no feedback, nada. It’s like someone yelling, “Catch this!” and throwing nothing. Eventually, after an awkward three minutes of silence, the questions finally show up. Here’s Why Crappy Software Goes the Distance: You’re not using these apps because you want to—you’re using them because you have to. - For the parking app: The alternative is a parking ticket or worse, so you grit your teeth and power through the bad UX. - For the legal doc: You’re stuck because it’s the only way forward. The bank isn’t asking for feedback—they’re saying, “Take it or leave it (and good luck closing your deal without us).” Crappy software isn’t a death sentence if you’re in a strong position. It’s not ideal, and it’s definitely not a best practice. But unfortunately, when you have the leverage, customers often have no choice but to put up with it.
