Ahora que España es la #Campeona de #Europa en #Futbol todo el #mundo esta girando sus miradas hacia las escuelas de entrenadores española. He pasado por todas las etapas de #formación como #Entrenador de Fútbol por la #Escuela de Formación Española de #Entrenadores de Fútbol de la #Federación. Realmente es una escuela en general bastante amplia, compleja y explícita con un nivel bastante alto comparado con el que? No puedo compararla con nada debido a que no estado en otras escuelas. Ahora mismo tengo una #experiencia #práctica propia de 1 año y 3 meses en România, y comparando lo que me encontrado aquí, es una distancia del #cielo a la #tierra o de la tierra a la #luna. En un porcentaje de 75% los entrenadores no pasan de la #Licencia C (que las conceden las escuelas de entrenadores en 2 semanas ,15 días, a razón de 200€) y según me dijo alguien desde dentro, regaladas. Los pocos que tienen Licencia B o A, realmente no sabemos el #nivel de exigencias que traen para conseguir superar las #pruebas de acceso, y por lo general cuando intentas proporcionar un #servicio de #formación de una #metodología que ahora mismo de hace decenas de años domina el fútbol #europeo y #mundial, se niegan ( diciendo que ellos saben lo que necesitan para el fútbol que se practica a nivel local ). En España no es tampoco lo que vemos en las grandes Academias de fútbol como las del Madrid, Barcelona, Villarreal, Espanyol, Valencia, Sevilla, Betis o Bilbao. Las mayorías de las escuelas o academias de fútbol son modestas con un nivel de formación medio-bajo tirando.

Quite shockingly and not surprising the least, childrens’ and teenagers’ swimming ability is seriously declining in recent years. The root cause can be found in the fact that swimming lessons are more frequently taken out of the standard primary school curriculum, mainly due to high operating costs and lack of swimming teachers, life guards and other personnel available. Moreover, swimming pools are in some cases too far located for schools to travel to. This downward trend is partly offset by organisations that organise privately held swimming lessons after school hours or in the weekends. Nonetheless, this effort is not enough to turn the tide… How do we make swimming more attractive again? Cost efficient for school and benefit attractive for all personnel involved? Hi everyone, Please if you wouldn't mind sparing a moment it would be appreciated if you could sign and share my friends petition. Many parents/carers pay for their child to be part of the equestrian world. As with so many other sports, we believe that the instructors and stable and yard staff have had a DBS to ensure they are safe to work with children and young people. Unfortunately, this is not the case at Riding Schools. This is a huge loophole which needs urgent attention. The people that work with young children at Riding Schools do not have a DBS check and astonishingly non-is required. How can this be? There has been so much publicity over the last 10 years around abuse which has taken place at football academies, gymnastics, swimming, hockey, tennis… and other sports. This has led to all staff and coaches legally having to have a in-date DBS to work with children under the age of 16. So why is Horse Riding any different? This is something that the British horse Society, British dressage and British show jumping need to support with to ensure everyone is safe. This is not the same for Riding Schools who are allowed to run overnight horse camps were children stay with staff over night. There are no parents present and ratios of adults to children is not important. Please sign the petition to put pressure on the government in order to ensure that Riding School are legally bound to provide a safe environment for your children. PFS study highlights benefits of Walking Football without goalkeepers The Portugal Football School, in partnership with the University of Évora, University of Beira Interior (UBI), and University of Porto, conducted a preliminary study to analyze the effects of playing walking football (WF) with and without goalkeepers (GK) on physiological, physical, technical, and perceptual variables in men over 50 years old. The research, involving 20 male participants, revealed that WF without goalkeepers offers a safer and less physically demanding experience. This makes the sport significantly more accessible to older adults, particularly those with fragile health or limited physical capacity, reinforcing its potential as a low-risk activity to promote active aging and well-being. Key findings include: - WF without goalkeepers reduces physical intensity, with lower heart rates and shorter distances covered, offering a more inclusive and manageable option for older players. By contrast, with goalkeepers, physical demands increased, which may exclude individuals with health limitations. - Games without goalkeepers encouraged greater teamwork and social interaction through more passes, while with goalkeepers led to a focus on shots on goal. - Enjoyment levels were similar, with a slight preference for games without goalkeepers, underlining its appeal to a broader demographic. 🌟 Excited to be part of the 4-Week Learning Sprint, promoted by the IOC Young Leaders Programme! 🌟 To kick off the start of the 4-Week Learning Sprint, I would like to promote the initiative Glücksliga Handball, a project that uses handball to empower children with disabilities in Germany. Inspired by Denmark's "LykkeLiga", the Glücksliga, co-founded by Maria Ravn Jørgensen, provides children with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of sport, by creating inclusive teams like the "Handball Bad Salzuflen SuperKidz" or “Glückskitz SG OSF Berlin”. The Glücksliga initiative goes beyond sport. It aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, creating a meaningful impact in the following areas: 🔸 SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being 🏃♀️ By encouraging physical activity and fostering a sense of belonging, the Glücksliga promotes both the physical and mental well-being of disabled children, offering them a space to thrive. 🔸 SDG 4: Quality Education 📚 Sport is a powerful educational tool, teaching teamwork, communication, and perseverance. The Glücksliga offers these learning experiences to its participants, ensuring they too have access to high-quality informal education. 🔸 SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities 🤝 The Glücksliga champions inclusivity, breaking down barriers for children with disabilities and fostering a society that values diversity. By calling on handball clubs across Germany to participate, the project is actively working to reduce inequalities in sport. As a former handball player, and now living in Germany, the Glücksliga initiative is an inspiration because it highlights the profound impact that handball, a sport I love, can have on young lives. Seeing handball used as a tool to empower children with disabilities, to give them a sense of belonging, and to promote their physical and emotional well-being, reminds me of my own experiences. The sport that taught me teamwork, perseverance, and communication is now opening doors for children who may have never had the chance to experience those same benefits before.
