This is the worst of the seven hotels I have stayed in while in Kazakhstan. Somehow it received a five-star rating, but this is likely a mistake or misunderstanding—Novotel, with its four stars, is much better. The shower smells of dampness and sewage. The rooms are outdated. I haven't had such a meager breakfast in a long time. Any request at the front desk is an impossible task for the staff. The internet is slow. You have to wait about 10 minutes for the elevator. The room service food is of average quality and overpriced (they bring it from the restaurant, so you can't just order a club sandwich—you have to wait for a full meal). This is the second time I am staying at this hotel. Both times were out of necessity, but there will definitely not be a third time.

I cannot use the wifi because the signal was too weak. That was terrible. The water from the tap colored brown. It looked like not clean

Wish it could be better like Hiltons in other countries.

Wonderful hotel. Breakfast is very enjoyable. Will come back again.

真的比較久 也比較簡陋 應該是國內希爾頓歡朋的老舊版 所以1000多的價格 性價比真的不值了 第二天果斷換了。

位置不錯，房間挺大的，裝修也不錯，商務出差很合適。

位置便利，環境設施都還可以，游泳池健身房都有，商務出差的不錯選擇。

住過最殘舊的一間希爾頓，房間設施和傢俱陳舊，洗手間很臟，床單都是黃的，陳舊的莓味，燈光昏暗，整個人都不舒服了😭，價格很貴，一千多一晚，沒下次了

холодильник не работает,завтраки почти каждый день одно и тоже, хотели взять большо налога чем написано в программе trip.com… в остальном все нормально, баня хороший!

位置好，出行方便，周圍小店很多，咖啡館超多
