Valoraciones de Grand Tebu Hotel

We booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel.

It,s located at city center and near to almost every where. Jl. Riau got alot of restaurant and can be reached by walking. The hotel services was very good and the room also clean. Highly recommended to stay either for business or with family. The only cons is the parking slot limited, but the hotels provide free valet service. The hotel has prepared hallowen decoration and the food is also good.

Nice stay, but the corner room not as big as in the picture, otherwise the view and foods are really nice and delish

Buffet breakfast was all right with choices to choose. Chicken porridge was nice and cakes as well. Decent choices. Room was fine except that air con water dripping and wet the floor for room 1010. Quiet and nice view. Staff was polite and try to meet needs. Not able to communicate with English.

First thing I like is it has a Good location.. but my compliment stop there, I got to ask for bed cover and towel change since it's dirty, the service was quite slow, took about 1 hour just to replace it. The toilet was not well maintained and should have deep cleaning. It's ok for just a short stay but if you have other place as your stay options better take that one..

Hotel bagus bersih..pemandangan bagusss...cuma parkiran yang kurang luas dikit ..

Semuanya baik dan bagus, hanya tolong untuk sekelas hotel. Agar untuk pembuatan wafle dan pancake di restonya saat sarapan, jangan gunakan kuas untuk cat tembok yang kuasnya itu terbuat dari bulu babi. Tetapi gunakanlah kuas untuk makanan, serta bersertifikasi halal.
