Respuesta del alojamiento: 感謝您的入住，對於黃先生您的意見酒店回覆如下：1,-所有酒店有空房的前提下才能提前入住，我們酒店每天滿房沒有空房，然後客人都是下午二點前退房，酒店不可能去催客人提前退房，這是酒店最基本的操守。2-不單單是酒店內部是單面牆，包括咱們家裡住房內部也基本上是，這是基於房子減重及空間需求，我們酒店是實體單面牆。3-衞生紙折倒三角不是所有酒店必須，我們對衞生大姐也沒有這個要求，我們對她的要求是一定要乾淨衞生，物品擺放規整。4-三床房面積72平米，2個1.8大床加1個單人床，暑期旺季這個價格很合理，你們三個成年人如果去訂二個房間應該更划不來吧？最後對於您反映的前台態度問題我們也一定會加強管理，不會再有和客人溝通不暢的問題出現，衞生間的燈我們也已經更換了大些功率的燈。最後感謝您提出的寶貴意見，祝您旅途愉快！
