First, we would like to clarify that the airport transfer service was booked through an agency and not directly with the hotel, which may have caused some confusion. We did try our best to assist in coordinating with the service.Regarding the laundry service, we have clearly outlined the additional charges, but it seems there was a misunderstanding about the payment. As for the swimming pool, it is maintained at a standard temperature, and while we do have sunny periods during the morning and afternoon, cloud coverage may occasionally affect the warmth of the pool water.We hope you understand that we do our best to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. The involvement of the police was a result of the outstanding payment, but we ultimately chose not to escalate the matter and allowed you to leave without further charges.We appreciate your feedback and hope it will help us improve in the future.

Respuesta del alojamiento: Thank you for your review and choosing to stay with us. Our fitness room can close the glass door and turn on the air condition if you needs. Also, we located far from the old town arond 5-10 minutes and we provided free shuttle transfer to the city. And the guests stay here can be relaxing and enjoy the nature near the City.
