Room with balcony is perfect view to the restaurants & street. Chilled out at balcony with beer & korean fried chicken is perfect. Our flight is early morning, they voluntary offered to prepare Bento fir us to bring to airport at 5am. Warm hearted feeling.

We will definitely come back again cheap price and staff was so nice for us I really appreciated it merry x mas!

The suite is really big and nice, just noisy on the morning because of the breakfast upstairs

Overall ok. Not as amazing as in the review. Arrived at the hotel in the morning with my colleague but not able to check in early even though got room available. Told got a free upgrade with a balcony but need to pay VND 300k if wants to check in early. The breakfast area is small and so-so. Room beside the road so wake up in the morning due to the traffic noise. Just 1 night. Most probably will check out other hotels on my next business trip. Most suitable for holidaymakers.

Hotel De Pond is a fairly new hotel located near Old Quarters but yet away from the busy and noisy streets! The hotel is also situated within the pick-up area for day-tours, which is a plus! Absolutely loved the amazing daily breakfast where we can enjoy authentic Vietnamese coffee with delicious beef/chicken noodles! The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I’ve cancelled first booking for 2 days (28 and 29 Dec 2023 - ***********). Pls refund the fees back to my credit card if charge on my credit card. Re-book 1 day (29 Dec 2023 - ***********) stay and hotel staff want me to pay the 1 night 2 room stay before allow to stay. If trip.com alr charge the fee for my re-booking , why I still hv to pay….pls refund back to my credit card if trip.com charge the fee fm my credit card. Pls let me know when the refund credited for monitoring. Tks

Service: The girl and the boy are very friendly and helpful.(as attached photo). you can trust and get more information from them for your trip in Hanoi. Hotel: new and clean. located in center of the city. 10minu by working you can go to different tourist attraction. room are little bit small but it is OK. breakfast is good and restaurants bright and clear. by the way. due to flight delay. Ctrip and hotel help me to check out on 3PM. Had a good time there and thanks for all.

Chose this hotel for 1 night in Hanoi. The location is okay, walkable distance to the main tourists attractions. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the design is simple but nice. The size of the room is not that big but for 1-2 nights is okay. Unfortunately, it was very loud at the night from the street, also could hear other guests walking and talking. The breakfast is average, not big selection. The price for the hotel is ok so can’t complain. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

家人旅行，衞生間有窗户，不錯哦，酒店地理位置也好，就是不知道是不是地板原因，我行李箱上有好幾個小蟲子在爬來爬去，帶翅膀的小蟲

湖の反対側が繁華街だったので毎回かなり歩きましたが、喧騒から離れた静かなホテルではありました。 フロントの方々は優しく、気持ちよくご対応頂きましたので概ね普通に普通でしたが、その後の別ホテルが良すぎただけにコスパは一番悪かったという感想になりました。 シャワー水圧がユルユル、朝食ビュッフェはショボショボ、食事担当の方がカタコト英語も通じず・・ 不快な思いこそしませんでしたが、費用対効果を考えたら次回は絶対ないし友人にもお勧めしませんね。

酒店交通方便，離還劍湖、夜市、36街1公里左右。房間比較小，但是很乾凈，隔音不錯。關上窗聽不到街上的摩託聲，但是旁邊房間的關門聲很清楚。早餐的米粉雞蛋需要單獨點，味道比街邊攤要好吃些。服務人員很熱情，前台有位美女會一點點中國話。

一般般吧，這個價格性價比不太高，早上因為要趕飛機，酒店為我們準備了早餐，一些麪包，但質量堪憂。
