Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and made check-in easy. Smooth Check-In: Checking in was quick and hassle-free. Easy Commute: Though not downtown, getting to the center was simple with Didi. Yummy Breakfast: Enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a good variety. Big Room, Everything I Need: The room was spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. Overall, a great stay. Minor drawback: Despite being a non-smoking room, some guests were still smoking inside, leaving a lingering cigarette smell. It would be beneficial for the hotel to allocate smokers exclusively to designated smoking rooms.

Very clean and modern hotel. It could be a bit closer to the main shopping/eating area of the city, but still very central and convenient, particularly if self-driving. Good breakfast and service. Great base for exploring the surrounding grasslands. Recommended.

This hotel is perfect for foreign friends. Friendly front desk people that speak English. Beautiful clean rooms and comfy beds. It is really close to the airport as well as Kengis Khan Square. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

設施：酒店的室內設施應該能夠滿足不同客人的需求和期望。 衞生：細節決定品質！乾乾淨淨 服務：服務非常非常好，見到酒店任何一個工作人員，都是笑臉相迎，禮貌問候。小小的細節就能看出酒店整體素質，很棒👍🏻 地下暖庫（寒冷地區專用車庫）:這個地下車庫值得表揚，早上前車玻璃沒有霜了，很方便。主要海拉爾太冷了。

早餐非常豐盛 ，餛飩非常好吃。房間非常寬敞明亮舒適温馨，地理位置優越 ，離機場或者其他吃飯的地方都非常近。

希爾頓歡朋酒店，一直是我在各個城市穿梭之間的首選。 設施：配套完善 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：視野開闊、安靜，能看到城市漂亮的夜色 服務：貼心周到 早餐：菜品琳瑯滿目，會添加地方特色 此次酒店預訂，歡小鵬看到我陪伴兩位長者，很貼心的給免費升級歡朋套，意外又驚喜。讓我度過了舒服的兩個夜晚。

這次在海拉爾希爾頓歡朋居住，是我正確的選擇，進入大廳開始給人的感受就非常好，前台李秀麗服務熱心周到，進入房間感官非常好，簡單乾淨整齊，特別是淋浴間乾淨明亮，水流也特別大，浴巾也非常柔軟乾淨，由於本人舟車勞頓，在加上氣候原因，頸椎特別難受，在健身房門口遇見了客房經理，便詢問附近有沒有按摩店，把自己的身體狀況和李經理講述一遍後，回到屋內房嫂趙美貼心的為我送來蕎麥枕，李經理還隨時關注我的情況，怕我晚間不舒服休息不好，主動把自己隨身用的頸椎儀器送來給我用，真的非常暖心，滿滿的幸福感，必須點贊，最後住酒店生意興隆

不像大酒店的豪華，樓下有個超市，非常不錯。房間整體感覺一般，沒有啥有點，也沒啥缺點。服務人員挺熱心的。
