KSL Hotel & Resort

This is the 2nd time we are staying at KSL Hotel & Resort. A great hotel with many amenities nearby and I think this hotel should go for renovation upgrade as it seems old as compared to the ones nearby. Anyway we had a great stay over the weekend. Thanks everyone! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is my 2nd time stay at KSL hotel, view not very good... at night pool side dark. Cant enjoy nice view at night. Aircon very loud...Abit disappointed. I did send request. But they told me full. Anyway I will have my 3th stay on 31dec2024 I hope they will give me high floor and city view.

Here's a hotel review based on your experience: *Disappointing Anniversary Stay* Rating: 1/5 My wife and I were excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was a letdown. We had booked a Superior Queen Room with a swimming pool view, but upon arrival, we were given a room with a view of the air vent instead. The room's condition was also subpar. The shower was poorly designed, with the drain taking an excessively long time to clear the water. This made our bathing experience uncomfortable and frustrating. To make matters worse, the linens provided were dirty. As a paying customer, it's unacceptable to receive unclean amenities, especially in a hotel that claims to provide a certain level of quality. Given the hotel's failure to meet our expectations, we would not recommend it to others. Our anniversary celebration was dampened by the hotel's shortcomings, and we hope that the management will take steps to address these issues. *Room Type:* Superior Queen Room (with swimming pool view, but given air vent view instead) *Date of Stay:* 07-12-24 *Recommendation:* Not recommended due to poor room allocation, subpar amenities, and unclean linens.
