As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

HHongdihubilieInstalaciones: Cada puerta de la habitación tiene piscina privada.Aunque no es el balcón privado que quiero añadir, también es bueno que todo el material de la habitación está completo y quemadura, y en Grecia no es fácil. Como sólo queda una habitación más barata cuando reserve, la ubicación en el canto de las dos habitaciones es mejor que unos pocos buenos al lado, pero no obstaculizó que saliera a un paso para ver la belleza.
Higiene: La habitación es limpia y la piscina también.
El entorno: el hotel en el lado de la calle, el paisaje es muy bonito, el autobús necesita caminar por la carretera y la carretera durante unos 15 minutos, el chico puede llegar a la puerta trasera del hotel y tomar 2 minutos para entrar en la cabaña.
Servicio: La recepción y el asistente son muy entusiastas. Aunque nuestro inglés no es bueno, el asistente puede comunicarse con el traductor, pero dijimos que el día siguiente debía partir en avión a las 8:30, los asistentes necesarios, la recepción reservaba inmediatamente los asistentes a las 6:45 la mañana siguiente, y nos arreglaba para que los asistentes nos ayuden a presentar nuestras maletas, El servicio es muy cuidadoso y nos envió comida de avión porque nos perdimos el desayuno del día. Salimos y volvimos a beber agua, le dijimos a la recepción que envió dos botellas de agua a la habitación inmediatamente después, es decir, agua adicional necesita dinero, y tenemos una botella de agua que no necesitamos para devolver algo de lamentar

La habitación era muy limpia y agradable, me dieron una habitación muy pequeña porque estaba solo, pero en la reserva era una habitación triple.
La piscina es agradable, la ubicación está en el centro de la isla hasta ahora y cerca de todas partes. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena. YYigeyigejiuLa forma del hotel es única. Al principio me dieron la mejor habitación. Tiene dos pisos. El piso superior es una piscina (la temperatura del agua es media).
Sin embargo, cuando regresé del viaje al día siguiente, descubrí que el techo del dormitorio tenía goteras y goteaba sobre las sábanas que traje. Fue un poco perturbador. Llamé al servicio de atención al cliente en la recepción y les dije que lo hicieran. Llamé a alguien para que lo reparara. Después de esperar mucho tiempo, nadie vino. Finalmente, me cambié a una habitación en la parte inferior, que estaba un poco... cargada.
El desayuno está bien y tiene mucha variedad.

走走走走出去玩La habitación y el paisaje son hermosos! Puede sentarse fuera de la habitación para ver el sol salir. La habitación está bien, hay panaderos y cafeteras, y también para los remolques! La belleza es que la belleza está afuera, no está muy limpia, no puede ser limpia. Y todo lo que hay en minibar es un precio (TT es tan caro en el hotel)
🔔 Servicio: ¡Especialmente bueno! ¡La actitud del personal es muy buena! ¡El alojamiento nos ha actualizado la habitación y le ha pedido a nosotros el tipo de desayuno que queremos comer antes de que lo hagamos el día siguiente. ¡También nos envió una taza de champán! Y porque la ruta de Oia es difícil de ir, también le pedimos al hotel que nos ayude a enviar nuestras maletas a la estación de tren. El servicio es realmente 💯!

UUsuario invitadoLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

The only thing that wasn't as expected is that we understood that the hotel would have breakfast, but because it wasn't summer season, they didn't have that option.
