UUsuario invitadoOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

UUsuario invitadoThere's no introduction required to the hospitality and experiences that the legacy Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai requires. Nothing I can say is going to be surprising for the property or the people associated. Yet I write a feedback on the responsiveness, guest service and relationship etiquette that this heritage property delivers. So a few days back I had encountered a slight issue in the service and happened to bring it to the notice of Mr. Ritesh Sharma, GM of the property. The response of Mr Sharma to this issue was phenomenal. The way he and his team went overboard in ensuring that our trust and love for the property is not lost is phenomenal. Frankly I would have never expected someone of his level to pay attention to a small glitch but then that is what is the fabric of the brand which distinguishes it. The fact that a common person is attended to and responded to by the senior most person means a lot. In fact Mr. Sharma's response not just elevated our experience but helped us build a very strong relationship with his team which includes the dynamic Anuj Nyatna and Alex from Sea Lounge. Ofcourse the food and ambience of the hotel is top class. It's well established. But I must say I just love the masala chai. It's so well done. An evening and my birthday so well celebrated thanks to the team at Sea Lounge and Aquarius. Every tiny bit was so well ***aged including keeping my daughter so pleased ( a tough task!). In hospitality getting a good feedback and a promoter is tough but getting a detractor to be a promoter is the toughest task and the fact that thru ***aged to bring in this shift shows the caliber, maturity and humility of Mr. Sharma and his team. I must say they have set themselves a huge challenge because now thats the expectation they have set. A big thank you to everyone.

Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

SSinghVikasI recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai, located near the airport. The location was convenient for my early morning flight.
major disappointment was the food. The options were limited and the prices were exorbitant. I understand that this is a luxury hotel, but even by those standards, the prices were too high. I opted to have most of my meals outside the hotel to avoid overspending on food.

I am glad I made the reservation at Hotel Kemps Corner before arriving in Mumbai. From the time I arrived at the hotel late night until my last day my stay here was pleasant and restful. The rooms I lived in were clean, welcoming. The complementary breakfast which is quite a fare, fresh water and juice n the lobby, evening tea were great. The staff is warm, attentive and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience at the hotel.
